All reserved sleds must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations may be made for a full refund up to 7 days of tour start time. Any cancellation made WITHIN seventy-two hours of the tour will forfeit any refund unless we are able to re-book the tour.

If you cancel within 7 days of the tour, and we are able to re-book the tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 50.00 re-booking fee. If we are unable to re-book the tour, there will be no refund. However, we will make every effort to re-book. We do not recommend making a reservation on a travel day. Should weather conditions suddenly change and we deem that weather or trail conditions are unacceptable, we will refund or reschedule your tour, at no cost to you. We are unable to refund canceled reservations due to canceled flights, road conditions, or weather.
