All reserved sleds must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations may be made for a full refund up to 7 days of tour start time. Any cancellation made WITHIN seventy-two hours of the tour will forfeit any refund unless we are able to re-book the tour.

If you cancel within 7 days of the tour, and we are able to re-book the tour, you will receive a full refund minus a 50.00 re-booking fee. If we are unable to re-book the tour, there will be no refund. However, we will make every effort to re-book. We do not recommend making a reservation on a travel day. We are unable to refund canceled reservations due to canceled flights, road conditions, or weather.
