Sled-Doggin’ 101: Meet and Greet, seminar for children and adults (kids under 5 are free)

I understand that the activity of dogsledding provided by Priest Lake Husky Sled Tours (Nicky’s Huskies, LLC) involves hazards and exposures connected with activities conducted in the outdoors and does involve risks. That I am cognizant of the risks and dangers inherent with the activities and that I and/or my family, including any minor children, are fully capable of participating in the activities contracted for and willingly assume the risks of injury as my responsibility, including loss of control, collisions with other participants, trees, rocks and other man-made and natural obstacles, whether they are obvious or not obvious and Covid-19. As lawful consideration for being permitted by Nicky’s Huskies, LLC to participate in the activities scheduled and with the outdoors, I do hereby release from any legal liability Nicky’s Huskies, LLC and private land owners whose property any activity scheduled may be required to utilize, and all their officers, members, organizations, agents and employees for any and all injury and death caused by or resulting from my participation in the activities provided by Nicky’s Huskies, LLC whether or not such injury or death was caused by their negligence or from any other cause including Covid-19
